The focus is securing legality before an administrative disposition

The Administrative Appeals Commission within the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission (ACRC) relieves people's rights after they are infringed by dealing with administrative appeals and complaints that the people file. To proactively do its job, the Administrative Appeals Commission starts providing from 2009 a professional education course needed for a legal administrative disposition to working-level officials in 232 cities, counties and wards nationwide in charge of permit and license or regulation.

This course is composed of matters that a competent public official need to know for administrative appeals such as the Administrative Procedures Act, the Administrative Appeals Act and the Administrative Litigation Act. The course is designed to be directly helpful for the real works that participating officials do by utilizing rich experience and actual cases accumulated and dealt with so far by the Administrative Appeals Commission under the Prime Minister that judges on illegal and unfair administrative dispositions by administrative agencies. Therefore, this education course is expected to prevent unlawful and unjust administrative dispositions in advance.
