On December 1st, AOA President Javed Sadiq Malik delivered his lecture on ways to enhance Asian Ombudsman cooperation. In his lecture, he said that in order for ombudsman organizations to function well, it is imperative that they build capacity to resolve people’s complaints and difficulties in a and fair manner. He stressed that Asian ombudsmen need to gain advanced ombudsman skills and share best practices and policies on complaint resolution by strengthening cooperation among themselves.
