On December 21st, ACRC Chairman is visiting workers at mom-and-pop sewing factories in Changsin dong, Dongdaemoon gu and listened to their difficulties. There are some 3,300 small sewing factories employing about 70,000 laborers in the sewing district, which is facing difficulties because of low price goods from China, Vietnam and North Korean City of Kaesong.
