ACRC 110 Call Center launches “Smart 110” service

Cell phone provides civil petition and policy search and one-stop counseling

ACRC’s 110 Call Center launched “Smart 110” service starting from July 1 which allows people to search petition information and have counseling on mobile phones anytime and anywhere.  

By accessing the mobile-only website (http://m.110.go.kr) on cell phones where wireless internet is available or on smart phones, people can search government petitions or request petition counseling to the counselors at 110 Call Center.   

 

Smart 110 simplified interfaces to be fundamentally devoted to major functions and thus has been improved in its access and access speed. Other advantages include free text message counseling, mobile reservation-based counseling, and linkage with the 110 Call Center homepage (www.110.go.kr). 

Relevant authorities said it would develop and disseminate a range of free applications for smart phones to provide petition counseling as well as an easy and convenient access to government policy for as many people as possible.
