The Integrity Vanguard is a student volunteer program aimed at creating a social atmosphere toward a transparent society and raising awareness about integrity. The visit to ACRC was attended by 20 teenagers from an office in Nam-gu, Busan.

They went to the sites of Seongsu Bridge and Sampoong Department Store collapses—the places infamous for tragic accidents caused by shoddy construction that claimed dozens of and hundreds of lives respectively—to ring the alarm on consequences of corruption. The Seoul office of Transparency International Korea and ACRC were also the destinations of their tour.

ACRC prepared activities that allowed the group to see the displays in Integrity Education Building, observe the integrity training course and watch educational videos.

ACRC expects this visit to be an opportunity for the Integrity Vanguard to get a better understanding about the works of ACRC, the agency dedicated to anti-corruption and integrity policies in Korea, and to develop integrity and form healthy values.
