• The ACRC operates diverse systems to create a culture of integrity in the public offices, such as the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, and the Act on the Prevention of Conflict of Interest Related to Duties of Public Servants (to be enforced on May 19, 2022).

Lead the efforts of public institutions to improve integrity

• The ACRC leads the efforts to enhance integrity in the public sector by evaluating and measuring the public institutions’ efforts and procedures to implement integrity policies (Anti-Corruption Initiative Assessment) and the results (Integrity Assessment).
• The ACRC provides customized integrity consulting to the organizations with low integrity

Improve corruption-prone areas

• The ACRC analyzes and reviews corruption-causing factors in laws and regulations and makes recommendations for improvement.
• The ACRC implements fact-finding surveys, institutional improvements, and follow-up inspections to establish a fair hiring system of public institutions.
• The ACRC detects and improves anti-corruption tasks such as cheating and privileges in daily lives.

Operate the Anti-Corruption Training Institute

• The ACRC operates the Anti-Corruption Training Institute, the one and only educational institution in Korea specialized for anti-corruption and integrity, to support mandatory integrity education for public servants and to spread a culture of integrity into the private sector.
